Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Qualifi, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Qualifi automates Instagram comment/DM qualification: it triggers on keywords, runs a scoring flow, routes leads, and hands qualified ones a booking link. Features may change as we improve the product.

You’re responsible for your account, your workspace members, and the accuracy of information you provide. Keep your credentials secure.

You must use Qualifi in compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Instagram’s messaging policies — including messaging windows and no unsolicited spam. You are responsible for the messages your funnels send. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and include any stated trial. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own your workspace and lead data. Our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific results (e.g. a number of booked calls). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

You may stop using Qualifi any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
